What forms of payment do you accept? 

Zoë Chicco accepts most major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover.  You may also use Shop Pay or PayPal as alternative payment portals.


Do you offer any financing options?

We now offer financing through Affirm, an installment payment option that allows you to shop now and pay later with zero interest.  Subject to credit check and approval.


How long does a credit card authorization last?

Once you submit your order, a credit card authorization occurs for the full amount.  An authorization checks if your credit card is valid and that you have sufficient funds to complete the online transaction.  Assuming you have sufficient funds, the total amount of the online transaction is held and deducted from your credit card limit. 

The credit card authorization period can last up to 7 days.  We can issue a credit card capture to retrieve the funds from your account during this time.  If the credit card authorization has not been captured within 7 days, the authorization becomes void, and the funds are no longer held and will return to your account.  The length of time it takes for the funds to be put back depends on your credit card issuing bank.


Why was my ordered canceled without notice?

Our platform allows us to view orders that might appear fraudulent.  If your order is canceled within 48 hours without notification it will be due to potential fraudulent activity.  

Zoë Chicco, Inc. reserves the right to cancel an order due to pricing errors.  We will notify you via email of this cancellation.

How long does it take for your jewelry to be made?  When can I expect my order?

We make all of our pieces by hand in our Los Angeles studio.  Jewelry may take up to 2-3 weeks to complete with an additional transit time of up to 1 week.  If you need your order by a certain date, please note the date in the comments section, or send us an email at direct@zoechicco.com to inquire about expedited shipping.  We will always do our best to accommodate your requests and appreciate your understanding and patience.

CAN I REQUEST A CUSTOM SIZE IF I DON'T SEE IT AS AN OPTION?

If you need a specific ring size or necklace length that is not available on our site, please reach send in a request.  Our team will do our best to accommodate, and we will confirm if your request is possible.  There may be fees associated with custom sizing or resizing. 


What does "made to order" mean?

"Made to order" means that we make each piece especially for you.  While we may have certain styles that are in stock, most of our jewelry online is made to order.  As all of our jewelry is made by hand, these pieces can take up to 2-3 weeks to complete.  Made to order does not mean these pieces are final sale, and you may submit a return request if you are not happy with your purchase.  Special sizing, custom engraving, and personalized letter pieces are excluded and considered final sale.


Are the pictures online to scale?

No.  We do our best to make them as close to their actual size as we can, but pictures on our site are not necessarily to scale. Descriptions on each product's page include dimensions for the piece. We try our best to add lifestyle shots of the pieces, so you can view them on a model. If you have any questions regarding the size of a particular piece, please contact us at direct@zoechicco.com, and we will be happy to answer your questions!


I lost one of my earrings. What can I do?

If you lost one of your earrings, please e-mail us to inquire about a replacement.  If a replacement earring can be made, our team will communicate next steps and the total cost of the replacement. Since our pieces are made by hand, certain styles can vary slightly in size. In some cases, we may ask you to send the mate to us to properly match the new set.  Zoe Chicco does not cover any shipping fees associated with the replacement.


Can I trade in or customize my old Zoe Chicco jewelry?

We do not have a trade-in program at this time.  We also unfortunately cannot rework and customize existing Zoe Chicco pieces.


Can you use my personal gemstones in a Zoe Chicco design?

No, we cannot use your own personal diamonds or any other gemstones in our existing designs.


How is your jewelry packaged?

We offer two types of packaging at checkout – Premium Branded Packaging or Eco-Conscious Basic Packaging. 

Premium Branded Packaging comes with a Zoe Chicco suede jewelry pouch inside a Zoe Chicco branded box nestled in a bed of tissue paper.  If your order contains multiple items and do not specify that each needs its own box, we may put more than one piece in a box at our discretion, depending on the size of the items.  If you want to specify how your items are shipped, please enter your requests in the comments section at checkout or email us directly.  Eco-Conscious Basic Packaging, our minimalist option, has your jewelry arrive inside our Zoe Chicco pouch with tissue for protection. This helps reduce waste - plus all our paper goods are fully recyclable.

What is your privacy policy?

We will not sell, share or trade any information you supply to us with a third party. Any information we collect is used to provide you with a better shopping experience and to notify you via email of promotions and upcoming sales. If you would prefer not to receive these emails, you may opt out by changing your Email Notifications status. To do so, LOGIN to your account, go to MY ACCOUNT, click on "Subscribe or unsubscribe from newsletters" (under Email Notifications), uncheck the box, and click UPDATE.


Is my transaction safe?

All order information sent to zoechicco.com is encrypted. We protect your online transactions by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology.
